Health New Zealand is a new organisation set up in 2022, responsible for the operational function of the health system in New Zealand. User research revealed low trust in the health system and the HNZ brand as well as a lack of knowledge of what/who HNZ is. The job to do: get people aware of who HNZ is, establish the brand as an authority and humanise the brand.
